Message from the Founder

For years I unknowingly dealt with anxiety and panic attacks which led to a deep depressive episode. It was especially troubling not knowing how to identify what I was experiencing. To cope with this suffering, I would immerse myself in chasing goals and helping others through their issues. However, I started to feel numb to pain in my own life. In many of my relationships with friends and family, I was guarded because I feared vulnerability would give them control over things I hadn’t even fully addressed within myself. It wasn’t until God humbled me and stripped my pride that I started to really do some soul searching and healing. It’s a never ending gruesome process, but I’m becoming the best version of myself.

I could only imagine how many other people in the world faced these mental health challenges. I thought to myself, “What can I do with what I have learned through my own experiences to pay it forward?” And it came to me that If I can inspire people with platforms to heal, they’ll inspire their audience to go on their own healing journeys, too. And as a result, communities will come together and build something that we haven’t seen before which is wholeness, healing, and connection. I told myself if I can impact one person I’ve fulfilled my calling. Thank you for your support as we reach healing together!
